High Action: Ideal for making the fastest adventure sports appear as smooth as butter. Recording standard definition video at 60 frames per second (twice as many frames as TV quality video) you won't miss any of the action.
Beautiful Outdoor Colors
The image sensor and video processor in this tiny camera were fine-tuned for the changing colors and lighting conditions you'll experience when recording outdoors. The snow will have definition, the lighting will transition when you go through the trees, and the color clarity has been adjusted so that colors will appear as rich as you remember them.
Capture the Whole Scene
The wider the angle of your lens the more of the scene you capture. At 135 degrees, the new ContourHD lens strikes the perfect balance in capturing the entire scene without over-distorting the video.
Record over 8 Hours of Action Video
As an all-in-one wearable camcorder, ContourHD records to an internal MicroSD memory card to capture up to 8 hours of HD quality video (compatible up to a 16GB Memory Card). Powered by a removable, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, this robust camera recharges through a USB cable connected directly to your computer. Now you can throw away your camcorder tapes, wires, and AA batteries.
With Full Audio
Capturing the sounds you hear (other than the wind) is a difficult proposition, which is why we upgraded the microphone from the previous VholdR model. We've done our best to help you cut out the wind noise and record the sounds of the action.

ContourHD's operation couldn't be simpler, as it features a single oversized record switch that you can use even when you're wearing a pair of gloves. Slide the switch forward to record and slide it back to stop?congratulations, you just made a video! Now you can capture the best scenes right before they happen.
Easy to Align
Have you ever seen a camera with lasers? ContourHD uses two of them and a 192o rotating lens to ensure you line up the shot every time. Turn on the lasers and rotate the front lens until the two laser points are horizontally aligned. Congratulations, you just lined up your video.
Wearable Anywhere
As the most versatile wearable camcorder we take "wearable" seriously. ContourHD uses our patent-pending TRailTM Mounts to "slide and lock" onto a series of different mounts for your goggles, helmet, handlebars, vehicle, or anywhere else you want to mount it. Wear HD video on more than just your head.
Armored Body

Import with Ease
Plug your ContourHDTM into your computer with the included USB cable and we'll help you with the rest. With a single oversized "Import" button we'll have your videos downloaded, added to the folder of your choice, and ready to be played on your computer in a matter of minutes. Since speed and simplicity are of the utmost importance you can even tag all of the video clips at once as you import to save you time down the road. Once your videos are imported you can drag your video clips into different folders.
Watch in Widescreen
Action video really is beautiful in widescreen and the new VholdR Desktop software doesn't disappoint. Each of your videos plays smoothly in a widescreen or full screen format with controls to stop, start, and fast-forward to find your favorite parts. The simple timeline lets you skip forward, and with all of your clips available below the player you can enjoy one adventure after another. Keep in mind that HD Video does require a quality graphics card to play smoothly; see our Support Section for further spec details.
Clip the Best Parts
Clipping is one of our favorite features because it's as simple as the oversized record switch on your camera. Find the part you want to clip out, select the "Set Start" button at the beginning of the clip, the "Set Stop" button at the end, and wrap it up with the "Finish" button. It's as simple as three clicks. After the software makes a new clip you can adjust the title, date, keywords, description, and location so you're ready to share your video online.
Add Your Tags
Tagging your videos is as important as tagging your friends in your Facebook photos because it gives the community a way to find and enjoy your video adventures. Your tags are the key to us relating your adventure to the thousands of videos already shared on VholdR.com. Just fill in the title, date, keyword tags, and description. We know that in the end, it is all about the epic location of your video, so we make it easy to enter the important details, and then we highlight it on an awesome map with your video on VholdR.com.

Publishing your videos to VholdR.com takes a single click..."Share." Then your favorite HD clips are uploaded directly to VholdR.com for everyone to enjoy. Don't worry, even if you drop your internet connection in the middle of the upload, VholdR Desktop will remember where it left off and continue from the same spot. Once your videos are published to the VholdR.com community you can email them to your friends or add them to your favorite sites such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and Digg.
