If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price minus the outbound freight charge.
• All of the products you see listed on our website that are orderable are typically in stock and ready to ship. If for some reason the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.
• We aim to be the best value on all the product lines we carry. If you find a lower advertised price on a product made by one of our suppliers, please contact us.
• International Orders - International shipments arriving in countries outside of the United States will be subject to standard import and duty fees enforced by the destination country's customs officials. It is the customers responsibility to pay taxes such as VAT when the shipment arrives at the destination. Please research your local customs fees and taxes.
• Orders usually ship within one business days (unless an item is on pre-order, which is clearly marked).  Some competitors take days to ship (to our amazement, one even takes weeks) the products you ordered.
